• Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies and procedures aligned with international standards and company objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Deliver engaging QHSE training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting awareness of risks and control measures.
• Manage and maintain QHSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and incident reports.
• Promote proactive safety behaviors and encourage reporting of hazards and unsafe conditions through effective communication channels.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data, identifying trends and developing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment across all operational areas.
• Contribute to the development and execution of emergency response plans, ensuring preparedness for potential incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and a proactive approach to safety leadership.
