  1. Lead reservoir engineering studies for HPHT, deep, tight, naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs, primarily involving gas-condensate systems.

  2. Perform reservoir management, optimization, and production performance analysis.

  3. Develop and maintain dynamic reservoir simulation models, including history matching, forecasting, and integrated asset simulation.

  4. Conduct PTA/RTA, material balance, pressure decline analysis, and nodal analysis.

  5. Prepare production forecasts, reservoir performance forecasts, and uncertainty/sensitivity analyses.

  6. Provide technical input to Field Development Plans (FDPs), depletion strategies, well placement, infill drilling, and reservoir development optimization.

  7. Evaluate reservoir pressure, fluid properties, well performance, production trends, and gas-condensate behavior.

  8. Review and integrate PVT, SCAL/RCAL, well-test, pressure, geological, petrophysical, and production data.

  9. Evaluate alternative development scenarios and recommend optimum reservoir recovery and management strategies.

  10. Support IOR/EOR studies and identify opportunities to improve hydrocarbon recovery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. BSc Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  2. Minimum 12 years of hands-on reservoir engineering experience, supported by employment/service certificates.

  3. Proven experience with HPHT, deep/tight, naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs, preferably gas-condensate reservoirs.

  4. Strong experience in reservoir management, optimization, production forecasting, and Field Development Plans.

  5. Proven experience in dynamic reservoir simulation, history matching, forecasting, and integrated asset simulation.

  6. Strong hands-on experience in PTA/RTA, material balance, pressure decline analysis, and nodal analysis.

  7. Experience with SCAL/RCAL and reservoir data acquisition and analysis.

  8. Experience with unconventional/tight and naturally fractured reservoirs.

  9. Strong knowledge of PVT, gas-condensate behavior, well testing, reservoir pressure, and fluid properties.

  10. Advanced proficiency in reservoir engineering software such as ECLIPSE, Petrel RE, CMG, navigator, Saphir, PVTi, PVTsim, MBAL, and OFM.

  11. MSc Degree in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering or a related discipline is an added advantage.
