الدور:
بصفتك مندوب مبيعات ستعمل كفرد وفي إطار فريق لتقديم خدمة كاملة للعملاء وتجربة تسوق ممتعة من أجل تعظيم المبيعات.
كما سيتأكد من حصولك على أحدث معلومات المنتجات، وتقليل مخاطر فقدان المخزون، وأن يتم تمثيل العلامة التجارية وفق المعايير المطلوبة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
ستكون/تكونين:
- شغف بخدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على أداء الأعمال اليدوية، والوقوف لفترات طويلة، ورفع الأحمال الخفيفة إلى المتوسطة.
- مهارات حاسوب أساسية.
The role:
As a sales associate you will work as an individual and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximise sales.
You will also ensure that you have the most up-to-date product knowledge, that stock loss risks are minimised, and that the brand is represented to the required standard.
Qualifications & requirements:
You will have/be:
- A passion for customer service.
- The ability to carry out manual duties, stand for long periods of time, and lift light to medium loads.
- Basic IT skills.
