وصف الوظيفة
- وجود إنفاذ يردع السلوك غير المشروع داخل الميدان وخارجه. قد يعني ذلك إصدار تحذيرات للسائقين الذين يخالفون الإرشادات.
- تقييم مخاوف حركة المرور المحلية وسلامة الطرق، مراقبة المناطق المشكلة والسلوكيات وتقديم المدخلات.
- التأكد من أن السائقين يستخدمون جميع معدات Talabat المميزة (الزي، الحقيبة، الصندوق، القناع، القفازات، إلخ). وفي الوقت نفسه الإشارة إلى السائقين غير Talabat الذين يستخدمون معدات سائق Talabat للحفاظ على الاتساق في العلامة التجارية على الطريق.
- اكتشاف السائقين الذين لا يحافظون على معايير النظافة لزيهم/حقيبة الطعام/الصندوق والحفاظ على صيانة دراجاتهم في الوقت المناسب.
- التحقق الفوري من مستندات السائق والدراجة (رخصة القيادة، بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية، الممليكيا، إلخ) وفق القوانين المحلية.
- مراقبة والسيطرة على سلوك السائق تجاه المطعم/العميل والعكس بالعكس.
- زيارة مناطق كثافة المطاعم العالية أثناء ذروة الطلب لضمان حفاظ السائقين على مسافة آمنة.
- مساعدة مجتمع السائقين (بغض النظر عن الشركة) في الحالات الطارئة (حادث، عطل، إلخ)
- أداء الخدمات العامة الحيوية لحماية الحياة والممتلكات. مساعدة المحتاجين (دعم المجتمع)
- الحفاظ على وجودك على الأرض كشخصية Talabat.
المؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة كسائق توصيل، و2-3 سنوات كمنسق أسطول/أمن.
- مظهر مقبول ولياقة جسدية جيدة.
- شخص منضبط ومنظم يتمتع بأخلاقيات قوية.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على معايير مهنية حتى في الظروف العصيبة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة، كتابية وتحدثية. الإنجليزية والهندية/الأردية كلاهما مطلوبان، والعربية ميزة.
- إتقان في تسجيل البيانات وتوثيقها وتحليلها.
- مهارات الإقناع لتدريب السائقين غير المتعاونين بفعالية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية.

Job Description
- Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breaking guidelines.
- Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provide inputs.
- Check and make sure riders are using all talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc). At the same time flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gears to maintain brand consistency on the road.
- Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced.
- On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws.
- Monitor and control the rider’s behavior towards restaurant/customer and vice versa.
- Visit high restaurant density areas during demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safe distance.
- Assist riders community (irrespective of the company) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc)
- Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property. Assist people in need (community support)
- Maintain your presence on the ground as Talabat’s face.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider. and 2-3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator.
- Presentable with good physical fitness.
- Disciplined, organised person with strong ethics.
- Ability to maintain a professional standards even during stressful situations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu is a must, Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in recording, reporting and analysing data.
- Persuasive skills in order to be able to coach non-compliant riders effectively.
- Valid Driving License.
