Internship Overview

The Aftermarket Operations Intern will support the BTB Aftermarket team in parts operations, supplier coordination, customer account support, and process improvement initiatives. The internship provides hands-on exposure to procurement, inventory management, sales support, and operational coordination while contributing to improved parts availability, cost optimization, accurate documentation, and efficient order fulfillment. The intern will work closely with suppliers, branches, and internal teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and maintaining relationships with customers, including garages, fleets, and corporate accounts.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of quotations for insurance companies and other customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, parts availability, and delivery lead times.
• Compare supplier quotations and support sourcing and purchasing decisions.
• Monitor and follow up on parts orders, deliveries, and pending requests.
• Assist in maintaining accurate purchasing, inventory, and operational records.
• Support tracking and processing of parts requests from branches, workshops, and internal customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and tracking key performance indicators.
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving parts availability, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Interest in operations, procurement, supply chain, and aftermarket business processes.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
