What you will do
Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.
Ensure restaurant, tables, and menus are clean, properly set, and guest-ready before each shift.
Maintain station charts, cover counts, and assist with guest preferences using the reservation system.
Provide menu knowledge, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns with professionalism.
Assist with food & beverage service when required and support colleagues in daily operations.
Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures, and work harmoniously with the team.
What you bring
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent telephone manner and guest service focus.
