كعضو في طاقمنا وممثل لعلامتنا التجارية، ستقدم للعملاء خدمة عملاء مميزة مع التأكد من حصولهم على تجربة تناول طعام ممتعة ورغبتهم في العودة لزيارتنا مرة أخرى.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
سوف تكون لديك/ين :
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنة في مطعم عالي الحجم وسريع الوتيرة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (والعربية ميزة).
- معرفة بالحاسوب.
Job description
The Role:
As a member of our crew, and a representative of our brand, you will provide customers with excellent customer service ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience and want to make return visits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Excellent communications skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
- Computer knowledge.
