Job description

this is a full-time, on-site Draftsman (Revit) role based in Kuwait. The Draftsman will create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and office standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details; coordinating with architects and designers; and updating drawings based on design changes and review feedback. The role also involves organizing project documentation, supporting design presentations with accurate visuals, and collaborating closely with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain high drafting quality.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural drafting, modeling, and documentation. Working knowledge of other design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and familiarity with BIM workflows Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, construction methods, and technical detailingAbility to read, interpret, and produce accurate architectural drawings from sketches, concepts, and design briefsEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, designers, and other team members on-siteStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDiploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field; relevant professional experience in drafting is highly beneficialExperience working in an architectural or design firm, preferably with exposure to international projects or standards, is an advantage
