Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Call Center Representative based in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the company's sales objectives.

Qualifications
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including basic software applications and data entry.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
