عن الدور
سيكون هذا المنصب مسؤولاً عن إدارة محفظة عقارات متنوعة تمتد عبر الملكيات السكنية والتجارية والصناعية والخصوصية من البداية للنهاية. يضمن هذا الدور أن تكون العقارات مُعتنى بها جيداً ومتوافقة مع الأنظمة القانونية وتعمل بكفاءة تشغيلية، مع إدارة الميزانيات والعقود مع المورّدين وعلاقات المستأجرين/المالكين. سيجلب المرشح المثالي مقاربة متعددة القطاعات لإدارة العقارات، لضمان جودة الخدمة والقيمة المتسقة عبر جميع أنواع الأصول تحت إدارته ورعايته.

سيكون المرشح المثالي يمتلك ما يلي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المرافق، العقارات، الهندسة المدنية/الميكانيكية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8–10 سنوات في إدارة العقارات/المرافق، مع خبرة مثبتة عبر فئات أصول متعددة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مزيج من العقارات السكنية والتجارية والصناعية والضيافة و/أو الخاصة — غير مقيدة بقطاع واحد
- خلفية قوية في التفاوض، والإدارة، ومراقبة عقود الخدمات ومستويات الخدمة وأداء الموردين (MEP، الأمن، التنظيف، تصميم الحدائق، إلخ)
- خبرة في إعداد وإدارة ميزانيات التشغيل، ورسوم الخدمات، وتتبّع النفقات
- الإلمام بإجراءات البلدية الكويتية، وقانون الإيجار، ومعايير الامتثال للوقاية من الحريق والسلامة
- طلاقة في الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والاتصال وحل المشكلات بشكل قوي؛ القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل عبر محفظة متنوعة
- يجب أن يحمل رخصة قيادة سارية في الكويت

About The Role
This position will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diversified property portfolio spanning Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Private assets. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, compliant with statutory regulations, and operationally efficient, while managing budgets, vendor contracts, and tenant/owner relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a versatile, multi-sector approach to property management, ensuring consistent service quality and value across all asset types under their management and care.

About You
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years in property/facility management, with demonstrated exposure across multiple asset classes.
- Proven experience managing a mix of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, and/or Private properties — not limited to a single sector
- Strong background in negotiating, managing, and monitoring service contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance (MEP, security, cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
- Experience preparing and managing operating budgets, service charges, and expenditure tracking
- Familiarity with Kuwait municipal regulations, tenancy law, and fire/safety compliance standards
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently across a diverse portfolio
- Must have a Kuwait valid driving license
