عن الدور
عضو سريري رئيسي في فريق خدمات التمريض، مسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية متخصصة للمرضى المصابين بمرض الأمعاء الالتهابي (IBD) عبر مراحل مختلفة من التشخيص والعلاج والإدارة المستمرة للمرض. الدور يشمل إجراء تقييمات المرضى، وتطوير خطط رعاية مخصصة، وإعطاء وعـمل ومراقبة العلاجات البيولوجية، وتثقيف المرضى بشأن العلاج وإدارة أنفسهم، ودعم تقديم رعاية آمنة قائمة على الأدلة. بخلاف رعاية المرضى المباشرة، تسهم ممرضة IBD المتخصصة في إدارة المرضى بشكل متعدد التخصصات، بالتعاون الوثيق مع أطباء الجهاز الهضمي وفرق الرعاية الصحية المساندة لضمان رعاية منسقة ومركزة على المريض، وتوثيقًا سريريًا دقيقًا، والالتزام بالجودة والأنظمة، وتثقيف المريض، ورصد النتائج، وتحسين الخدمة باستمرار.

مرشح مثالي يجب أن يتوافر فيه ما يلي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات ترخيص وزارة الصحة الكويتية
- رخصة تمريض سارية أو أهلية الترخيص
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أمراض الجهاز الهضمي أو صحة الجهاز الهضمي، بما يتوافق مع معايير أهلية MOH
- شهادة BLS سارية؛ وشهادة ACLS حسب الاقتضاء
- خبرة في تقييم المرضى、إدارة العلاج البيولوجي والمراقبة、إدارة الأدوية
- إتقان توثيق EMR وMicrosoft Office
- مهارات تعليم المرضى، التواصل، والتعاون متعدد التخصصات قوية
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة مستشفى سريعة الوتيرة ومتعددة الثقافات

About The Role
A key clinical member of the Nursing Services team, responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) across various stages of diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing disease management. The role involves conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering and monitoring biologic therapies, educating patients on treatment and self-management, and supporting the delivery of safe, evidence-based care. Beyond direct patient care, the IBD Specialized Nurse contributes to multidisciplinary patient management, working closely with gastroenterologists and allied healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care, accurate clinical documentation, quality and regulatory compliance, patient education, outcome monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
Skills
About You
Ideal Candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, meeting Kuwait MOH licensing requirements
- Valid nursing license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Gastroenterology (GIT) or Digestive Health, in line with MOH eligibility criteria
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS certification as applicable
- Experience in patient assessment, biologic therapy administration and monitoring, and medication management
- Proficiency in EMR documentation and Microsoft Office
- Strong patient education, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hospital environment
