نحن نبحث عن مشرف مستودع ذو خبرة ومبادرة عالية للإشراف على عملياتنا اليومية في المستودع التجزئي عبر الإنترنت. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان الاستلام الفعال والتخزين والحركة والتوزيع لأصول البيع بالتجزئة والتجهيزات البصرية مع قيادة فريق لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي.

المسؤوليات:
الأدوار الوظيفية والمسؤوليات:
• إدارة اللوجستيات لنقل الأصول الإبداعية عبر ممتلكات البيع بالتجزئة.
• استقبال جميع الطلبات في المستودع والتدقيق مقابل سجلات الشراء. تحقق من دقة الطلب وأبلغ عن أي عدم اتساق أو أضرار في الوقت المناسب.
• الحفاظ على مخزون دقيق ومفصل للبضاعة المخزنة في مستودع VM.
• حماية أصول VM من الأضرار والاهتراء أثناء الحركة والتخزين. اتخاذ تدابير وقائية لحماية الدعائم.
• التخلص من الأصول الإبداعية بعد المدة المتفق عليها، من خلال بيع للموظفين أو الهدر.
• إشراف فريق من منسقي المستودع والسائقين. توجيه وتحفيز الفريق لضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد وبما يتوافق مع العملية. إدارة جدول التسليم للسائقين.
• التأكد من أن الفرد والفريق يقومون بالمهام بطريقة آمنة وفق أفضل ممارسات الصحة والسلامة.
• تنفيذ معايير نظافة ممتازة داخل المستودع
المؤهلات:

التعليم/الشهادة والتعليم المستمر
• مؤهل فني ذو صلة سيكون ميزة
سنوات الخبرة
• 3-5 سنوات خبرة في اللوجستيات التجزئة أو المستودعات/ غرف التخزين، وميزة إضافية وجود خلفية في مستودع/لوجستيات ECOM.
• 3-5 سنوات خبرة إشرافية في مستودع تجزئة مماثل.
المعرفة والمهارات
• عملية موجهة
• اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل
• القدرة على العمل بتوجيه محدود
• ممتاز في MS Office مثل Excel، وأنظمة المستودعات، ونظام ERP وتتبع الأداء/التقارير.
Job description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail online warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of retail and visual merchandising assets while leading a team to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Functional Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the logistics of moving creative assets across the retail estate.
• Receive all orders into the warehouse and cross check against procurement records. Check order accuracy and report any inconsistencies or damages in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate and detailed inventory of stock stored in the VM warehouse.
• Protect VM assets from damages and unnecessary wear and tear during movement and storage. Take preventative measures to protect props.
• Dispose of creative assets after an agreed length of time, through staff sale or wastage.
• Supervise the team of Warehouse Coordinators and Drivers. Guide and motivate the team to ensure tasks are delivered in a timely manner and as per process. Manage the delivery schedule for the drivers.
• Ensure self and team conduct tasks in a safe manner in line with health and safety best practice.
• Implement excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse
Qualifications:
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• A relevant vocational qualification would be an advantage
Years of Experience
• 3-5 years experience within retail logistics or warehouse/ stockrooms, added advantage you have ECOM warehouse/logistics background.
• 3-5years of supervisory experience in similar retail warehouse.
Knowledge and Skills
• Process driven
• Excellent attention to detail
• Can work with minimal guidance
• Excellent in MS Office like excel, warehouse systems, ERP system and performance tracking/ reporting.
