Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on production requirements & plant capacity to meet customer demands.

• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedule to meet deadlines and assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.

• Ability to deal simultaneously with various work orders/products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, purchasing, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient production which aligns with production plan.

• Ensuring resource availability in coordination with associated departments.

• Assist in employee hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

• Assist in the development of scheduling tools to increase the level of automation and reduce the manual nature of the scheduling function.

• Create and maintain production reports, including daily/weekly production reports, inventory reports, scheduling reports, KPI and charts.
  

Skills Required:

Strong planning, analytical skill & organizational skill, Inventory management, AutoCAD, Assembly procedures, ISO procedures, Lean manufacturing principles, Excellent communication skills, Detail oriented, Microsoft office (Proficient level), Safety procedures, Time study standard, Team attitude, eager to cooperate with others and Problem solving & result oriented.

BE Mechanical / Electrical/ Production Engineering
Minimum 3 Years of experience
