About the Opportunity

We are expanding our Mystery Shopper network across Kuwait and Oman and are looking for individuals interested in flexible freelance assignments.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit or contact businesses as a regular customer and evaluate the quality of customer service, staff interaction, and the overall customer experience.

Assignments are offered on a project basis and are scheduled according to your location and availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone or in-person customer experience evaluations
• Follow detailed assignment guidelines
• Observe and evaluate customer service standards
• Submit reports online after completing the assignment
• Meet assignment deadlines

• Branch/Store Visits

Compensation

• Paid per completed assignment
• Compensation varies depending on the assignment type and project requirements.
