About the Opportunity
We are expanding our Mystery Shopper network across Kuwait and Oman and are looking for individuals interested in flexible freelance assignments.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit or contact businesses as a regular customer and evaluate the quality of customer service, staff interaction, and the overall customer experience.
Assignments are offered on a project basis and are scheduled according to your location and availability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone or in-person customer experience evaluations
- Follow detailed assignment guidelines
- Observe and evaluate customer service standards
- Submit reports online after completing the assignment
- Meet assignment deadlines
