Job Summary:

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Promote and sell company products or services to existing and potential customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, negotiations, and payments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and sales events when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving license (if required)
