We are looking for a Commercial Sales & Distribution Manager to lead market entry, sign distributors, and manage trade relationships. This role is hands-on, revenue-driven, and performance-based, with strong upside for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard distributors in Kuwait
- Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, MOQs, payment terms, territories)
- Close distributor agreements and manage ongoing accounts
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand
Skills
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in wholesale, consumer durables, travel goods, or distribution
- Proven experience dealing with distributors
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable working with targets and commission
- Kuwait market experience required
