MV)
Note:
Only candidates with strong background in LV & MV Switchgear manufacturing and
supply chain operations should apply. Previous switchgear experience is compulsory.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete supply chain function including procurement,
logistics, inventory, and vendor management.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production and
project timelines.
Ensure uninterrupted availability of switchgear components and raw materials.
Optimize inventory levels to reduce cost and avoid shortages or excess stock.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.
Coordinate with design, production, quality, and project teams.
Implement ERP and material planning systems effectively.
Manage logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO procedures.
Skills
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of LV & MV Switchgear components, brands, and
materials
Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills
Expertise in inventory planning and demand forecasting
Leadership and team management capability
ERP/SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
