Our client is seeking an Environmental Engineer to support environmental planning, compliance, and sustainability initiatives for housing welfare projects across Kuwait. Role includes assessments, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring adherence to national environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and site evaluations.
• Monitor air, water, soil, and waste management practices at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait EPA regulations and project environmental standards.
• Prepare environmental reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Support sustainability initiatives and resource-efficiency strategies.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Identify environmental issues and recommend corrective actions.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environment Engineering or related field.
• 12 years overall relevent experience in construction or housing/environmental projects.
• Knowledge of Kuwait’s environmental laws and EPA requirements.
• KSE Membership
• Relevant experience in residential construction.
• Knowledge of Kuwaiti building regulations.
• Valid Kuwati Civil ID + Other relevant documents
• Collecting and analyzing environmental data. Improving environmental conservation management, including recycling, public health, and water and air pollution.
• Experience of Infrastructure, residential Projects.
• Local /PAHW experience is the priority
