• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
• Implement and monitor HSE management systems and safety plans on site.
• Prepare, update, and review HSE documentation as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Report non-compliances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain incident records and prepare reports for management.
• Deliver HSE induction and toolbox talks for new and existing employees.
• Organize safety awareness programs, safety campaigns, and refresher training sessions.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce.
• Maintain updated records of inspections, training, permits, and incidents.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports.
• Ensure availability of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other safety documentation.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, HSE, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles (oil & gas, construction, or MEP preferred).
• Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
