Job Summary
· The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving the set sales targets through effective sales and excellent customer service.
· Responsible for representing the company and the brand.
· Must be proficient in identifying customer needs and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
Job Profile
· Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
· Ensure customers' concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, and if necessary to be escalated to the line manager.
· Ensure store standards are maintained at all times, supporting with in-store tasks including but not limited to cleanliness, tidiness and good smell.
· Handle the POS and Billing Counter efficiently.
· Maintain confidentiality of the Sales Figures to the outside party.
· Comply with all Company policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
· Overseas Hiring for Egyptian Applicant.
· 1- 2 years’ experience in the perfume retail field.
· Females & Males can apply.
· Excellent Grooming standards.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
