Conduct contractual negotiations, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure projects.
Provide knowledgeable contractual and commercial advice to project and executive teams.
Draft, review, and manage subcontracts, amendments, and change orders.
Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence.
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Manage claims, disputes, and resolution strategies.
Ensure contract performance tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Implement best-practice contract management processes.
Liaise with legal, finance, engineering, and project teams to ensure aligned commercial outcomes.
Skills
Qualification and experience
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management , Law or related field
Minimum 15 + years experience in contracts managment, with at least 5 years in senior/lead role within road/insfractructure projects
English language proficiency is must, Bi-lingual (arabic/english)is plus
