We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our esteemed real estate company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales performance and leading teams effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations, manage the sales team, and ensure that all sales targets are met. The candidate should excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. A background in the fitness or health club industry is preferred, as it will enhance the candidate’s ability to relate to clients and understand their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals consistently.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively target potential clients.
  8. Monitor the performance of the sales team and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
  10. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and promote its services effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or fitness industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards common goals.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of adapting to changing market conditions.
  5. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively without compromising quality.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully, fostering long-term partnerships.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage in the local market.
  9. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite to track sales activities and performance.
  10. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
