Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international F&B franchise operations.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience with home-grown F&B brands.
  • 3–5 years of retail experience (considered an added advantage).
  • Proven track record in multi-brand or multi-outlet marketing management.
  • Experience working closely with operations, supply chain, and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for both franchise and home-grown F&B brands.
  • Manage brand communication, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure brand standards and customer experience align with marketing objectives.
  • Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives across all outlets.
  • Manage relationships with franchise partners, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis for all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital, in-store, and external communication platforms.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support business development efforts with marketing insights and brand strategies.
