Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing and related data management.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, documentation, and personnel records.
- Prepare manpower, expenses, and HR reports.
- Handle administrative tasks and HRMS updates (experience with MS Dynamics is a plus).
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all HR activities.
Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Excellent in Excel, Word, and MS Office applications
- Fast learner with high IQ and strong understanding skills
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or related field
- Must have transferable Kuwait residency
