We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Officer to lead our company’s recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
This role is responsible for attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating with external agencies when needed, and handling HR administrative duties such as offer letters, visas, onboarding, and employee record management.
The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth hiring process, maintain a positive candidate experience, and help us build a strong, motivated team as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and database for future hiring needs.
- Post and manage job ads on Bayt, LinkedIn, and other local job platforms.
- Communicate with and manage external recruitment agencies when required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, and government-related employment paperwork.
- Organize employee onboarding, orientation, and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leaves.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as employee exits, clearances, and replacements.
- Monitor turnover and propose strategies to improve employee retention.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR (experience in Kuwait).
- Strong understanding of Kuwait labor law and visa/work permit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with external agencies.
- High attention to detail, organisation, and follow-up.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HR or recruitment software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
