• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and servers.
• Manage and maintain virtual machines (VMs) using Hyper-V.
• Monitor backups and ensure data restoration when needed.
• Manage user access rights.
• Monitor the performance of internal networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and ensure their stability.
• Install and configure network devices.
• Monitor network security and protect it against intrusions and viruses.
• Receive and handle user requests and resolve daily technical issues.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and software applications.
• Train employees on the use of systems and basic applications.
• Implement information security policies and data protection measures.
• Apply security updates and patches for systems and devices.
• Monitor login activities and detect unauthorized access.

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing servers, networks, and IT support.
