International Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive international growth, focusing on the MENA region & other regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and product quality standards are maintained.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations, export/import requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales team members as needed.

Skills

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in dealing with international trade regulations and compliance.
  • Strong network of industry contacts in the MENA region & other regions.
