  • Manage and operate the restaurant efficiently according to company standards.
  • Supervise all staff (kitchen, service, reception, delivery).
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring authenticity of Kuwaiti recipes.
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare staff schedules and organize shifts.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met at all times.
