Responsibilities:

1. Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
2. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
3. Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns or exchanges efficiently.
4. Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing, adhering to company standards for merchandising and display.
5. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular inventory counts.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions and events.
7. Stay informed about product knowledge and participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
9. Support the management team in implementing visual merchandising strategies and maintaining the overall store environment.
10. Contribute to a positive team culture by fostering open communication and collaboration among staff.
