Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to lead the onboarding and partnership development of travel agencies onto the Basafr platform.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing partnerships, explaining the platform’s benefits, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process — playing a key role in expanding Basafr’s network across Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact licensed travel agencies across Kuwait.
- Present Basafr’s platform and exclusive partnership offers.
- Negotiate and finalize onboarding agreements with agency owners.
- Collect agency information, package details, and content for listing.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth setup.
- Maintain CRM records and manage partner communication.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with travel agencies and partners.
Skills
Desired Skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and close deals.
- Excellent communication in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Deep understanding of Kuwait’s travel agency landscape or ability to quickly learn it.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets in a startup environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Presentable, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Passion for travel, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
