-To be an integral part of Project Quality team, to control Project Quality requirements and inspections in line with Contractual and Organizational quality requirements.

-To monitor the implementation of established document control framework to manage documents, records, forms, and work instructions in line with standards and best practices.

-To make inspections, follow-ups and reporting for the Coating Works and associated works

-Responsible for inspection activities of all painting and coating related inspection works of the project, including partial welding, coating, material inspection and related package clearance and mechanical and civil works continuity assistance.

-Develop procedures related to coating works, review checklists, procedures, method statements and required attachments for inspections.

Skills

-Degree / Diploma in Engineering or in related domain and area.

-NACE or BGAS Coating Inspector Valid certification. (Additionally, CSWIP or AWS Welding Inspection Certification together is added advantage)

-Minimum 7 years’ experience in the relevant field, with 3 years in a similar position.

- Previous KOC / client approvals is an added advantage.

-Experience in quality and project management systems implementation.

-Good knowledge in inspection and testing activities and quality control of construction process of welding, coating, and mechanical works · -Knowledge in various coating works, such as HBP,HBE,FBE, A1-1, HSS, 3LPE, and as required by the contract.
