Job Description:

• Sustain and implement required changes to existing communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites (towers, buildings, foundations, rooftops, etc.).
• Provide custom Support solutions for telecommunications equipment - i.e elevated steel platforms, antenna mounting frames, etc. Install microwave systems, coax, fiberoptic cable, COVP boxes, hybrid cable, connectors, and tower supports.
• Install site grounding, site excavation, concrete pad and footing, PVC, rigid conduit, and cable terminations.
• Install tower top equipment and site sectorization, including rigging, hoisting, fastening, load-hopping, etc. Install tower foundation, tower bracing, cable supports, and antennas.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements: None.

Certification Requirements: Tower Climber Certification required. Supplemental Fall Protection & Advanced Rescue Training, Forklift or Skytrack training, HazCom training, Rigger's training, OSHA 10 hours or OSHA 30 hours certification, Anritsu certification for cable and connector systems, PIM test certification, welding certifications, and CPR/First Aid certification desired.

Experience Requirements: Four (4) years of tower climbing or related construction experience.
