Social Media Officer

  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
  • Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Post timely and relevant photos, stories, etc. in conjunction with the brand.
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the brand.
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Monitor and measure social media campaign performance and results using sites such as; Tweet Reach, Hashtag, Bit.ly etc. in order to drive continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies
  • Constantly recommend initiatives and techniques to keep Our brand competitive edge in the F&B industry.
  • Ensure that the necessary resources and tools are available and utilized to provide high level of service to customers in order to maintain maximum customers’ satisfaction level.
  • Ensure that all creative content including but not limited to - (designs, concepts, sample layouts, graphics, layouts for product illustrations and company logos) are developed based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
  • Ensure that all Social Media Campaigns are conducted in line with the Marketing Campaign, set budget.
  • Coordinate approved press releases while ensuring the same is in compliance with the brands image
