Patat To Go is a fast-casual dining brand offering Mexican-American cuisine with a Dutch-style fries twist. We are expanding in Kuwait and seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to help grow our catering services and secure high-visibility opportunities to increase brand exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure catering opportunities with corporate clients, events, and local venues.
- Build strong relationships with event planners, venue managers, and high-traffic event organizers.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to boost catering orders and foot traffic.
- Spend most of the time in the field identifying and fostering new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 350 KD/month (subject to increase after a 90-day evaluation based on performance).
- Performance-Based Bonuses:
- 10% commission on catering sales revenue.
- Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Reimbursements: Coverage for work-related expenses such as fuel, mobile usage, and other relevant costs.
- Flexible Work Environment: This position is primarily field-based, requiring minimal office presence.
