Sales And Marketing Manager

Patat To Go is a fast-casual dining brand offering Mexican-American cuisine with a Dutch-style fries twist. We are expanding in Kuwait and seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to help grow our catering services and secure high-visibility opportunities to increase brand exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure catering opportunities with corporate clients, events, and local venues.
  • Build strong relationships with event planners, venue managers, and high-traffic event organizers.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to boost catering orders and foot traffic.
  • Spend most of the time in the field identifying and fostering new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 350 KD/month (subject to increase after a 90-day evaluation based on performance).
  • Performance-Based Bonuses:
  • 10% commission on catering sales revenue.
  • Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Reimbursements: Coverage for work-related expenses such as fuel, mobile usage, and other relevant costs.
  • Flexible Work Environment: This position is primarily field-based, requiring minimal office presence.

Skills

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Networking and negotiation skills to secure partnerships and business deals.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results without direct supervision.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait's market and trends is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
