Contribute to the Country Business Process, System & Training process to deliver and continuously improve business process requirements, business process framework, business solution design, business process & system change management and system training design and support.

IT Admin & End User Support Specialist

  • Lead Training and Support for all core operational systems and customer facing applications (Onsite and Via WebEx).                                                                             
  • Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with IRR priorities.
  • Review and distribute User Releases/Helpful hints and training manuals to Super / End users where necessary                                                              
  • Drive cross functional alignment on country training needs (HR/FiCO/Products)
  • Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with Regional BPST manager
  • Define and provide training courses to provide targeted, process-oriented training programs
  • Improved Productivity
  • Optimum use of Applications
  • Process documentation up to date at all times
  • Achievement of regional goals and targets
  • Reduction of churn and increased customer spend
  • Increase maturity of country Super User and BPO function
  • Issue risk identified, documented and follow up appropriately
  • Adherence to Global Systems, standards and tools
  • Participation is active and constructive
  • Feedback is provided on how to improve program execution components
  • Availability of required skills with required levels of understanding of the forwarding business
                                                                                               

Now, here’s what we need from you.

 
  • 4 year's experience of Training management                                                
  • Good Knowledge of Local reality                                                
  • Exposures and knowledge of the Global DGF entity                                                
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher in Information management or general management Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
