Job Responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate a team of delivery drivers, installers and Admin staff
- Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Rollout Last Mile Delivery for scheduling and routing to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouses and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Analyze delivery processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement technology solutions and best practices to streamline operations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for delivery operations.
- Monitor Net Promoters Scores and resolve delivery issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring delivery accuracy and timelines to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide training to staff on their work techniques and introduction to new products or methods.
- Implement strategies to improve the customer delivery experience.
- Enforcing best practice amongst team leaders and operations staff for Health & Safety behavior.
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance costs and customer efforts
- Use data analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continous improvement.
