Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities “TDR”:
· Study design briefs and determine requirements.
· Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
· Test graphics across various media.
· Amend designs after feedback.
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities “KSA”:
· Minimum Bachelor degree in graphic design or visual communication.
· 2+ years’ experience.
· Story telling ability.
· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge and skill in design, layout and illustration.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with design software and technologies.
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
· Knowledge of photography and photo processing techniques.
· Organized and professional demeanor.
Compensations & Benefits “C&B”:
· Salary Range: 300 - 350 KD.
