Call Center Agent

Assist the department on customer needs and complaints. Book and follow-up the delivery and pick-up of shipments.


Responsibilities

  1. Arrange booking and tracking of shipments
  2. 2 .Follow-up shipment collection and delivery processes
  3. Attend to customer complaints and requests
  4. Receive inbound calls to handle customer queries, complaints and requests.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with other department and team members for customer’s shipments concerns
  6. Make outbound calls.


Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or any related field.

· At least 1-2 years relevant experience

· Excellent Communication skills.

· Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions.

· Technological acumen and Job Knowledge.

· Proven Logistics, Customer Service Experience

· Knowledge of ZOHO, and CRM systems.
