Assist the department on customer needs and complaints. Book and follow-up the delivery and pick-up of shipments.
Responsibilities
- Arrange booking and tracking of shipments
- 2 .Follow-up shipment collection and delivery processes
- Attend to customer complaints and requests
- Receive inbound calls to handle customer queries, complaints and requests.
- Communicate and coordinate with other department and team members for customer’s shipments concerns
- Make outbound calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or any related field.
· At least 1-2 years relevant experience
· Excellent Communication skills.
· Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions.
· Technological acumen and Job Knowledge.
· Proven Logistics, Customer Service Experience
· Knowledge of ZOHO, and CRM systems.
