Purpose
To supervise all activities related to recruitment and coordinate with other concerned departments on various activities related to HR.
Job Responsibilities
- To participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- To supervise various functions related to recruitment such as searching, collecting applications, data management and interviewing of potential candidates for company employment.
- To develop and maintain a solid application database and classifying the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
- To ensure a proper screening and short listing of applicants and conduct the initial interview and arranging for the final interview.
- To review all job offers for potential candidates and prepare the contract for new hires.
- To follow up with all concerned parties on to ensure smooth execution of their mobilization and demobilization plan and its compliance with the approved plan.
- To maintain communications and work closely with concerned departments to ensure achieving the recruitment needs in a timely manner.
- To coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and provide them with required documents to finalize the employment procedures for overseas employees.
- To prepare periodic recruitment reports.
- To perform any other work related task as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Skills
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any suitable discipline
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Communication Skills – Written and Oral
- Good command in Arabic & English languages
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Experience using an ERP system preferable SAP and SF cloud system.
