Job Summary
- To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about products and services.
- To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.
Main Duties and Activities
- Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are promptly and thoroughly resolved.
- Directs customers’ requests and unsolved issues to the concerned departments and follows-up until the issues are successfully closed.
- Educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
- Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
- Manages the customers’ record of inquiries and complaints.
- Assists in generating reports related to customer service.
- Any other task related to customer service.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Kuwaiti Nationals Preferably
- Fresh Graduates and up to 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Diploma and Bachelors Degree.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, Excellent communication skills.
- Interpersonal and Listening skills..
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Attention to details.
