Job Summary


  • To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about products and services.
  • To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.


Main Duties and Activities


  • Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are promptly and thoroughly resolved.
  • Directs customers’ requests and unsolved issues to the concerned departments and follows-up until the issues are successfully closed.
  • Educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
  • Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
  • Manages the customers’ record of inquiries and complaints.
  • Assists in generating reports related to customer service.
  • Any other task related to customer service.


Qualifications and Experience Required


  • Kuwaiti Nationals Preferably
  • Fresh Graduates and up to 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Diploma and Bachelors Degree.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, Excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and Listening skills..
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Attention to details.
