Responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking travel services such as flights, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Process payments and issue tickets or other travel documents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and satisfied clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic and English – Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages, both written and spoken.
• Computer Proficiency – Comfortable with using booking software, Microsoft Office, and other necessary tools.
• Sales Skills – Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services, while being friendly and persuasive.
• Customer Service & Problem-Solving – Capable of understanding customer needs and delivering smart solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• No prior work experience is required; however, a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
