Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking travel services such as flights, hotels, and vacation packages.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Process payments and issue tickets or other travel documents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and satisfied clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English – Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages, both written and spoken.
- Computer Proficiency – Comfortable with using booking software, Microsoft Office, and other necessary tools.
- Sales Skills – Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services, while being friendly and persuasive.
- Customer Service & Problem-Solving – Capable of understanding customer needs and delivering smart solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- No prior work experience is required; however, a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
