Job Summary:

•              The Senior Executive - Communication & Public Relations is responsible for strategic design, management and implementation of a range of on-line & off-line communication strategies ensuring engagement of targeted media and related industries ::.both locally and regionally.

•              Responsible for enhancing the company's digital marketing content and web presence.

•              Responsible for implementing and enhancing the company's Public Relations strategy, developing PR campaigns and CSR initiatives & activities.

•              Develop and implement Public Relations and communication strategy to support the Company's expansion plans and to build positive brand image.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1)   Public Relations:

·           Assist in developing the PR policies and procedures based on business needs and ensure effective and efficient implementation of them.

·           Plans campaigns & promotions for the company's and its Clients including launching of new service/product lines and initiatives.

·           Assures consistent communication of brand internally and externally to client, customers, sponsors, and other business partners.

·           Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, lnstagram etc .) Publish online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

·           Collaborate with PR agencies to create better user experience.

2)   Public Relations:

·        Create insights on social media conversations to effectively manage company communication appearing in the public domain.

·        Evaluate and finalize PR partner for internal and external communications.

·        Liaise with media partners to develop and finalize the marketing events.

·        Develop CSR (corporate social responsibility} activities calendar, including seasonal l, quarterly and half-yearly events.

·        Work with PR partners to resolve any issues related to advertising, marketing, and merchandising of clients.

·        Plan and create the media plan including the overall budget for the media plan.

·        Analyze the reports and insights by partner on social media conversations.

·        Effectively manage company communication appearing in the public domain.

·        Track and analyze communication program results, along with implementation of recommended improvements.

3)   Communication:

·        Assures consistent communication of brand internally and externally to client, customers, sponsors, and other business partners.

·        Develops and implements strategic Communication and Public Relations plans and forecasts (including budget for the media plan) to achieve the company's projects and services objectives.

·        Maintaining & updating the guidelines on social media conversations to effectively manage company communications appearing in the public domain.

·        Create & enhance media, press releases & social media messages to form/mold public opinion of the company and increase awareness of the company's brand.

·        Execute communications and public relations activities and communication materials including publications, media relations etc...

·        Maintains relationships with public relations & media agencies/partners and vendors for effective development, organization and finalization of specific campaigns, PR & marketing events.

·        Evaluate and select PR partners for internal and external communications.

·        Analyze the reports and insights by partners on social media posts, conversations, and engagement.

·        Track and analyze communication program results, along with implementation of recommended improvements.

·        Conduct regular Customer Experience Surveys to gather customer insights into services delivered (Customer Journey within the project}.

4)   Other Areas:

•              Develop and maintain mailing list for marketing & PR campaigns.

•              Develop, document, and recommend improvement points on departmental procedures and workflows.

•              Post campaign report.

•              Crisis response and report to the Crisis Management Team

•              Assist Head of Department in all required projects & reports including, Media List Report, Media Clipping Report, Sponsorship Report, Audit Giveaway Report, Evaluation

•              Report for Media Interviews, Agency Evaluation Report, media coverage reports, PRL Report,etc..

Skills

Candidate Profile:

•              Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or in related field

•              10+ years of functional experience, including brand management

•              7+ years exposure to social media engagement

•              Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Video editing software, designing and picture editing software

•              Requirement open for a Female Kuwaiti national
