We are seeking a Head Hostess to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait for a Fine Dining Restaurant. As a Head Hostess, you will be responsible for overseeing the host/hostess team and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage the seating process and ensure efficient table turnover
- Supervise and train host/hostess team members
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues
- Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a host/hostess
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
