Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly Handle guest complaints professionally and inform supervisors when required Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service stations Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests Process bills and handle payments accurately when required Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties Benefits: Attractive Salary Accommodation & Transportation Provided Location : Qatar & Kuwait

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1 3 years of experience in restaurants, caf s, or hospitality industry preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food and beverage service Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage Ability to stand and walk for extended hours Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
