Desired Candidate Profile

Job requirements Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred Minimum 3 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations At least 1 2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred Good leadership and team coordination skills Strong customer service and communication abilities Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours Gulf experience preferred
