Roles & Responsibilities
Own the SF-domain integrated schedule, cost and performance view, focusing on interfaces, scenarios, forward-looking risk, and cost implications.
Acts as the SF manager’s technical guardian across engineering deliverables, without duplicating EPCC design authority.
Integrate EPCC, and other interface discipline inputs into SF view or project
Forecast scenarios, what-if cases, identify schedule clashes
Track schedule performance (SPI), critical paths, milestones, and key handovers
SF cost/budget/variation order control, VOWD / CPI performance tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering
8-10+ years oil & gas projects
In EPC workflows, project controls
Primavera P6 (preferred)
Strong Microsoft Project (mandatory).
Competence in project performance metrics
Comfortable challenging EPC logic and assumptions
Good interpersonal skills to enable data exchange and collaboration
Kuwait based / Valid driving license / Transferable visa
