Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Manager to lead our research and development activities and support the company's strategic growth objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Chemical Engineers

• Drive the development and enhancement of lubricant products

• Conduct technical and commercial research for customized customer solutions

• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, OEMs, and industry standards organizations

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product recommendations to customers

• Oversee laboratory operations, testing equipment calibration, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Ensure product data sheets and technical documentation remain up to date

• Support marketing initiatives through the creation of technical content

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the lubricant manufacturing industry

3. At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role

4. Proven expertise in lubricant formulation, product development, and market research

5. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills

6. Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office

7. Established network of raw material suppliers and manufacturers

8. Fluent in English
